"From my earliest recollections of church, the Bible verse that resonated for me was . . . 'God is Love'. I remember always feeling different—feeling a need to find meaning in life."

In my mid-thirties, I began to meditate and read spiritual material. Ten years later in 1992, I met a wonderful spiritual teacher and began weekly study with her. During my first meditation with her, I felt a total connection to God and knew that from that day forward my life was dedicated to following direction from spirit.

In 1996, she and I opened the Circle of Light Healing Center in Dana Point, California. For that year at the center, I taught meditation classes and began distance healing through energy.

In 1997, I moved back to the East Coast and continued teaching classes, working with energy, and began taking classes in “hands-on” and “hands-near” healing modalities. Since then, I have established a part-time Healing Touch practice and offer other services, such as Reconnective Healing, The Reconnection, Hypnosis, and Meditation Classes.

In East Tennessee, I became active in the Complementary and Alternative Health Society of East Tennessee (CAHS) in 2000. As a CAHS director, I made presentations, conducted monthly meetings, and participated in five Symposiums/Health Fairs. Our group eventually became a part of the Wholistic Wellness Network (WWN). I also participate in the National Guild of Hypnotists. Once I learned Healing Touch techniques and became certified, energy healing became my passion. Incorporating essential oils—God's gifts from plants—into my healing work is a natural expansion of my ministry. I also offer health consultations regarding purple rice, a super food.

Although I work part-time as a technical writer, I offer healing sessions, teach classes, provide intuitive counseling, and write spiritual information—these make up my true calling.
