Zukav explains how our perceptions are changing from an awareness of only being physical beings to becoming spiritual beings. His main thrust is to enable us to see ourselves as a spiritual beings existing on a physical plane rather than a physical beings with a spiritual component. His chapters on reverence and power caused me to integrate the concept of real power being internal rather than external. His style is easy to read even when the concepts are challenging. I recommended this book to a client who found it helped him become more aware of his spiritual potential in self-healing. It is a good resource for people who are ready to evaluate their traditional patterns of behavior and thought with a view to becoming more spiritual¾especially developing healers. Although aware of the spiritual concepts in this material, I found it broadened my perspective and understanding of them.
